  • . What is the estimated delivery time?
  • A. We are trying our best to ship the order on the same day. Generally, it takes 3 to 7 business days to reach your destination (Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays).Due to bad weather conditions or social disturbances, delivery time by our logistics partner may vary. We will keep you informed about the same.
  • Q. Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
  • A. Yes, you can place the order at multiple addresses.
  • Q. What about if my address belongs to some remote area?
  • A. In such a case standard transit time of 4-5 days may change.
  • Q. What is the difference between Express Shipping Items & In-Stock Items?
  • A. The Express Shipping items are those which are ready in our Production House and will be shipped within 7 days after Processing & Finishing. In Stock, Category items are ready in our Showroom for shipping within 3 Days. (NOTE: The Items will be shipped on due date if they don’t include stitching).
  • Q. What will be the shipping charges for the orders?
  • A. For all over India, our shipping charges are as below:
    ₹50 per Piece of Product (Applicable up to 4 Pieces of Product)
    ₹38 per Piece of Product (Applicable to Min 5 Pieces of Product)

    For Outside India, the shipping charges vary from country to country. To know the exact shipping charges add your desired products to cart and continue to shopping cart page, you will find the estimate shipping on the right-hand side at the same.

  • Q. If I don’t have a credit card, then how could I make payment, what are the other modes?
  • A. You can make payment through bank transfer and western union but there will be a minimum shopping limit for these payment modes as mention below – 1. Bank Transfer – Your shopping amount must be more than 10,000 INR.* 2. Western Union – Your shopping amount must be more than 10,000 INR.* *Limit applies for overseas customers only. No limit for India’s customers.
  • Q. If I have made the bank transfer, how you will locate the order amount with your accounts department?
  • A. You should send a scanned copy of bank transfer on care@maajisafashion.com, so that we can locate your order amount with our accounts department.
  • Q. Are there any extra charges for blouse lining?
  • A. No extra charges are taken for the lining.
  • Q. Difference between Release and Refund?
  • A. If in any case we have to return your order amount and we have not charged your account till then, in such a case we will release the order amount to your account and you will not get any debit or credit entry with your credit card statement. If we have charged your account, then, in that case, we will refund your order amount and you will get the credit or debit entry with your credit card statement.
  • Q. If I have made the payment through western union, how will you collect the money from there?
  • A. After payment confirmation through western union money transfer, you will get an MTCN NO. from western union booth. You should provide us with that 10 digit MTCN NO. So that we can collect the money from there.
  • Q. Is any other information or document required after payment?
  • A. Yes, manual authorization is required in certain cases The documents required could be as follows: – (A) The customer’s credit card statement, which clearly shows the card number and the billing address of the card. The statement should be a recent one and should be of the same credit card used for the transaction. We only require a scan/fax of the header section of your customer’s credit card statement, which contains the above information. (B) A photo ID of the credit card holder whose credit card has been used for this transaction. This may be any one of the following: – • Driver’s License or, • Social Security Card or, • Passport or National Identity Card or, • PAN Card / Voters Card. Please note that you have a maximum of 5 days from the date of the order to comply or else the CCAvenue Risk Management Team will automatically cancel this order. On successful processing, we will notify you and change the order status in your Login account.
  • Q. Should I give my complete address or only P.O.Box number?
  • A. You should give your complete physical address as Courier Company does not accept the parcel with only P.O.Box number
  • Q. What about if I have extra large size, should I pay for extra?
  • A. Yes, you have to pay more for extra large size, charges will be fixed according to product’s price and measurement is given by you. Normally we provide the lehenga with chest size 40 inches, waist size 38 inches and hips size 42 inches. For sherwani, extra charges will be applicable after size 44.
  • Q. What about if I made the payment twice for any order, then what are the options available to me?
  • A. If we receive payment twice for any order then we will charge for one only.
  • Q. What about if you have made the refund for part payment, can I get a second-time refund?
  • A. We can make a refund only one time for an order if we have refunded part payment for your order amount, in such case, we will not be able to make the refund in second time.
  • Q. What are the various payment options available on your site?
  • A. We provide you with the following modes of payment. – PayPal – CCAvenue – Credit Card & Debit Card – Bank Transfer – Western Union
  • Q. Why do I see a slight change in the prices of the items in my cart?
  • A. Change in price occurs due to currency fluctuations. It always reflects most recent prices with the displayed products.
  • Q. Will the price reduce over a period of time for these newly arrived items?
  • A. Normally we do not reduce the prices for these items unless they are put up on sale.


Returns & Replacements
  • Q. I do not need stitching in the item. Do you still take mentioned  days to ship the order?
  • A. It depends on the availability of product. If the product is in stock then your order can be shipped within 1-2 days.
  • Q. Will I get all the accessories which are mentioned on model with sherwani?
  • A. All the accessories are for modeling purpose however we will provide matching stole and mojari on extra cost. Price for matching stole and mojari is mentioned with every item on our website.
  • Q. Are the matching jewelleries and accessories shown in the picture included in the price of the item?
  • A. No, these are for display purposes only.
  • Q. Can I get Patiala Salwar/Trouser/Dhoti instead of Churidar Pyjama with Sherwani?
  • A. Yes, you can get Patiala/Salwar/Dhoti/Churidar Salwar with Sherwani, in such case there will be extra charges for Patiala Salwar/Dhoti.
  • Q. Can I get the matching jewellery with the ordered items?
  • A. Yes, you can choose the jewellery from our jewellery section.
  • Q. Can I modify my order after placing it?
  • A. We understand that in cases, where you may want to alter the ordered size or the colour option of a product in the order. You can change the order within 24 hrs.by contacting us via email care@maajisafashion.com or By Phone
  • Q. Can I return a sold item?
  • A. No, you can’t return a sold item, until and unless it’s damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Q. Can I submit the measurements later after completing the order process?
  • A. Yes, you can submit your measurements later after completing order process.
  • Q. Cancellation of Order?
  • A. www.maajisafashion.com, ccavenue.com and PayPal reserve the right to cancel any order suspecting fraud.
  • Q. Difference between order confirmation email & payment confirmation email?
  • A. Order confirmation email is the proof of order that you have made on our portal, it doesn’t implies that payment is made successfully, as you get a payment confirmation email after you make payment by ccavenue or PayPal that confirms your payment being made.
  • Q. How will I send you my measurement?
  • A. We will send you a measurement form to fill your details, after you confirm your order with us.
  • Q. If I obtain Patiala Salwar/Trouser/Dhoti instead of churidar then should I provide sherwani length according to that???
  • A. Yes, in such case sherwani length will be shorter than the actual length.

  • Q. Can I add maximum number of items in the cart?
  • A. Yes, you can do so.
  • Q. Can I change with my existing order and if yes how?
  • A. Yes you can change the products within 48 hrs after placing the order. If you want to change the shipping address, measurements kind of aspects you must firstly mail to care@maajisafashion.com. Only in case of measurements, we will not be able to change the sizes after 48 hrs of the processing status of the order.
  • Q. Do you send some sale alerts to your customers?
  • A. Yes, we send sale alerts weekly to our customers.
  • Q. How do I check the status of my order?
  • A. You can check the status of your order by following steps: -Log on to your account by signing in. -Click on ‘my account’ on top right of website header. -Click on ‘view your order history’ under the my order section.
  • Q. How do I know that I have made an order on your website?
  • A. After placing the order you will get an order confirmation mail with an order id, this way you can trace your order on our website.
  • Q. How do I know that my order has been dispatched?
  • A. We always send an e-mail with all the tracking details, so that the customers can track their shipment on their own.
  • Q. How do I know the current status of my order?
  • A. We send you recent updates of the orders as regards to their processing.
  • Q. How will I know if order is placed successfully?
  • A. You will receive an email confirmation from Maajisa Fashion once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
  • Q. If I want to change an item in the order and there is any price variation then how will you adjust the price?
  • A. If price is in excess than the existing amount then we will send you payment link for the same OR if price is lower than the existing amount then we will refund for the excess amount.
  • Q. In what time I can cancel my order?
  • A. You can cancel your order within 48hours, after that your order will not be cancelled.
  • Q. What about if I have made more than one order for the same item, do you cancel the order for which I don’t want to process further?
  • A. We will process further with that order only for which you have confirmed for payment, rest orders for which you didn’t confirmed the payment will be treated as the cancelled one.


Products Stitching:
  • Q. Can you increase the blouse length by customer demand?
  • A. No, it is not possible for us because of designer work (embroidered) patterns, blouse length can’t be increased.
  • Q. Is lining done underneath the kameez/kurta?
  • A. Yes, lining done underneath the kameez/kurta.
  • Q. Is lining done underneath the lehenga choli?
  • A. Yes, lining is done underneath the lehenga choli.
  • Q. What fabrics do you use for lining of lehenga?
  • A. We use Satin fabric for net lehenga cholis and for the other lehengas, cotton lining is used.
  • Q. Can I get different styles of necklines, sleeves or salwar stitched?
  • A. Yes, you can choose any style for necklines, sleeves or salwar for all unstitched items. But for readymade items, this isn’t possible.
  • Q. Do I get long sleeves in blouses?
  • A. No, because every blouse material is of 85cms so it isn’t possible to make long sleeves. Still in rare cases you may enquire us for the same by emailing us.
  • Q. Do you custom stitch sherwani?
  • A. Yes we do make the Sherwanis according to your size and measurement. If in case you want any Sherwani which is not available with us and you want to send any picture for idea we can make it.   • Q. How to take measurement correctly?
  • A. The best way to measure yourself for your sherwani is to take help of any local tailor. Get a print out of our sherwani measurement form and then take it to your tailor and ask him to fill the form by taking your measurement simultaneously.
  • Q. I liked one item, for how long it is expected to be in stock?
  • A. There is no fixture as such for the items in stock, first come first serve is the policy. We recommend you to place an order for the express shipping items at the earliest, since these items are ready in stock.
  • Q. Should we provide exact body measurement or ready garment’s measurement?
  • A. For stitching give exact measurement of your body. Don’t provide margin with measurement as our designer will keep margin while stitching, 2-3 inches loosing in chest size you have to mention. Please provide us with your exact measurements in inches or centimeters. We will make the correct allowances for fabric shrinkage and for your comfort.
  • Q. What do you do if I get Delay in sending my measurement?
  • A. If you don’t send your measurement within 30 days then we will ship your item unstitched. And for that we are not responsible. So you have to submit your measurement on time within a Month.
  • Q. What fabrics do you use for lining of salwar kameez?
  • A. Cotton fabric is used for lining of salwar kameez.
  • Q. What if I have purchased 2 or more sherwanis? How do I fill different measurement form?
  • A. You will get measurement form for every ordered item. Enter the name of the Person, Product Code and his complete Measurement by using that form. Please don’t forget to mention the Order Number with each Submission.
  • Q. What is a Ready to Wear Saree (Pre-Stitched Saree)?
  • A. Pre-stitched sarees makes saree wearing a one step easy process. These sarees are draped in such a way, just like putting on a skirt. It’s a skirt with stitched saree pleats at the centre worn over a petticoat without the fuss of tucking, pleating, and adjusting the pallav length as they are already set in the centre to make you feel more comfortable and easy in wearing it. Just wear it like a skirt and drape the loose end of the outfit over the shoulder. Petticoat is stitched along with saree.
  • Q. What is Fall & Edging?
  • A. Edging of saris gives them a smooth end. Falls are inner cotton lining used to protect the lower end of the saree. When we wear a saree, it tends to fall downwards and creates a problem in walking. So to keep the saree stiff at the edges so that it doesn’t entangle while walking, a fall is stitched at the end. Fall keeps a saree stiff.
  • Q. Will embroidery come all over the blouse of saree and lehenga?
  • A. No, all blouses will come with one sided embroidery and on sleeves. Its depend on your choice that where you want to keep that embroidered part – in front or at back. You can mention such an instruction about the embroidered part in measurement form as you are provided with an option there for the same.
  • Q. Will I get picko done for the dupatta?
  • A. Yes, picko will be done without any extra charges.
